Week 7 Challenge

Alright Babes! Let’s have some fun with some numbers this week shall we? We know our punch terminology, but do we know our punch numbers? Kickboxing not only works our body, but our mind too. 

There is always a mind-body connection.

Learning our punch numbers allows to execute combos with more ease especially in more advanced training. So let’s give it a try, something simple for now. Execute the strikes as many times as you want within the combos, but typically I would complete each combo within 3-4 minutes.
